🚫 Returns or Refunds
Given the live and perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for damaged or defective products. However, we want to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases.

 ☑️ If you receive any damage or defective product:
    The opening video must clearly show the entire package (including the shipping label and packaging materials), the contents of the package (including any products or inserts), and any visible damage or issues with the products within 24 hours of delivery

✅ In lieu of a refund for damaged or defective products, we offer a coupon/voucher for future purchases
