Refund policy

At The Mini Roots, we strive to provide the freshest and highest-quality products to our customers. Due to the nature of our products being live, we have a strict no-return policy. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we're committed to making things right.

🚫 Returns or Refunds
Given the live  nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for damaged or defective products. However, we want to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases.

 ☑️ If you receive any damage or defective product:
    The opening video must clearly show the entire package (including the shipping label and packaging materials), the contents of the package (including any products or inserts), and any visible damage or issues with the products within 24 hours of delivery

✅ In lieu of a refund for damaged or defective products, we offer a coupon/voucher for future purchase

Note: We do not offer refund and return in any case all payment are final payment.
For damage we accept the replacement with 2 days and it will delivered within 10 business working days.
